in just over a month, I am going to cycle a very long way, Climb a mountain and Kayak across a lake in the lake District to raise money for the amazing charity that is CentrePoint, and all the work they do in trying to prevent and lower young homelessness. 

Their primary work is tackling how and why young people became homeless and work at an individual level to help  them obtain what they need in order for them to live independently. This level of care and attention is worth so much and can completely transform lives, so please dig deep for this worthy cause
