Prostate Cancer UK is the charity partner of my employer EDF but my family has also been effected by the disease so it is a charity I know a lot about and have raised money for in the past.

I wanted to use my love for running to fund raise funds for the charity in 2022 whilst also spreading more awareness about Prostate Cancer. As a Mental Health First Aider I also wanted to highlight the often forgotten impact cancer has on our own and family's mental health.

I plan to run a number of events in 2022 (themed) across North East England and further information will be shared in due course so any support of donations would be appreciated!
