the time comes in ones life when you have to get your freinds involved with a little financial help.

well that time has arrived!

 so dig deep and please help me to give a little back to 2 fabulous charities.

Nordoff robbins Music Therapy and Child Line.

I am embarking  in January 2010 on an epic 100 mile cycle ride along the nile with rod smallwood and a 58 strong crew of minders/fellow charity bikers.

If you could see you way to help it would be wonderfull.

The target i hope to raise is a minimum of £15,000

any money raised from donations will be 100% donated 50/50 between both charities.

the cost of the actual trip will be 100% my own cost.
