I do charity bike rides each summer in aid of Macmillan Cancer Care and the Mid Sussex Hopsice and now I am branching out into the walking business in aid of The Martlets Hospice here in Hove.

Mind you how hard does this sound, 13 miles between pubs from Hove to Saltdean and back. And just blokes! so the minimum amount of chatting and gossiping.

So I'll put in the miles if you'll put in a few bob and we'll all feel better.

At the risk of having a rant I am appalled that Hospices are paid for largely through charity, which is why I like to support these charities in particular.
