Make-A-Wish Foundation® UK grants magical wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening illnesses. Since being established in the UK in 1986, we have granted over 5,700 wishes.

There are 20,000 children and young people living in the UK with a life-threatening illness. In 2010, around 1,000 children will turn to us to have their special wish granted. We want to grant a magical wish to every one of these...and more! Because we believe a wish can transform a child’s life. Make-A-Wish needs to raise £5 million in 2010 to achieve this.
