Beazley 27 Peak Challenge · 26 June 2015

In low- and middle-income countries fewer than 1 in 10 children with cancer are diagnosed, treated or given pain relief. World Child Cancer improves cancer care for some of the world’s poorest children by creating international twinning partnerships between medics hospitals and parent support groups

Story

Beazley has been proud to support the work of World Child Cancer since 2014, and our staff are also undertaking amazing challenges to raise to raise much needed funds to help children with cancer in developing countries.

On the  weekend of the 27 June two intrepid teams from Beazley are taking on amazing challenges in aid of World Child Cancer. One team will be reaching the summits of the highest mountains in the UK, Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Snowdon in Wales, all within 24 hours! And the other team will be attempting to summit 24 Peaks in 24 hours in the English Lake District - so a combined effort of 27 Peaks! If you wish to support the whole team please donate via this page.

We all believe in the life changing work that World Child Cancer does, and want to raise at least £6,500 for them, as this could pay for life saving chemotherapy for 200 children in the locations that World Child Cancer work.

Thank you for your support, it will support a child with cancer's life saving treatment.
