For those of you who don't already know- I cannot run. I just cant, I'm totally useless. And I've done this before, I know how obscenely difficult the 13.1 miles (I swear to god it's up hill all the way!!) half marathon from Newcastle to South Shields is. But what can I say, if I can help DELTA, then I'll do it.

Im sure you all know I've been working for DELTA my whole life, supporting their efforts to teach deaf children to listen and talk. I happily give my time to volunteering and to writing and editing the YDAG newsletter but what I really need now is to raise as much money as possible to help keep DELTA and all their hard work going.
