So for the 3rd consecutive year I'm hosting a 3-hour Box2BeatCancer Boxathon in aid of Ovarian Cancer Action. I'll be leading 30 participants for 3 hours in a variety of techniques, activities & beastings as a solo instructor - it's truly amazing and exceptionally tough too!
The 30-strong team will be put through their paces, with circuits, Kids Boxercise, SpeedPads & KickBoxercise too. They will be enduring all this to raise money for this incredible charity. It's an absolute honour to represent Boxercise and deliver such an important event for such a worthy charity.
