<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-family: Calibri;">On 14<sup>th</sup> August we will be setting off on a <strong>420 mile charity cycle</strong> <strong>ride across Ireland on a Tandem</strong>!</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-family: Calibri;">We are tackling the <strong>Mizen to Malin Challenge</strong> to raise vital funds for <strong>the Multiple System Atrophy Trust</strong>, the charity which supports people & families with MSA - <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>a degenerative neurological condition for which there is currently no cure. We also do this in memory of Becky's father who suffered from this condition.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">To do this we decided (very late one evening!) to cycle from one end of <strong>Ireland</strong><strong> </strong>to the other...on a tandem! (we had never ridden a tandem bike before at this point!).</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-family: Calibri;">To add to the fun <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>of the challenge and hopefully raise a few more funds we have an Elvis theme and will be cycling in Elvis jumpsuits and cape!!! <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Believe it or not the legend himself had a tandem!</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-family: Calibri;">We aim to complete the cycle in 6 days and no ‘Heartbreak Hotel’ for us we will be camping each night under the ‘Blue Moon’!</span></p>

Also kitted out in Elvis jumpsuits....</span></p>
