'Off the Wall' Abseil Challenge for I*EAT · 28 September 2013

Restored Eating Disorders Services offers support to people with eating disorders. Our objectives are to promote & protect the physical & mental health of sufferers of eating disorders & carers of people suffering with eating disorders in the UK through the provision of support, education & advice.

Story

I've recently started volunteering for I*EAT, a charity that offers a free support service for people suffering from Anorexia, Bulimia and Compulsive Eating disorders. I*EAT aims to help those suffering with eating disorders to get on the road to recovery.

Having previously suffered with an eating disorder, I know how important it is to have a strong support network around you in order to fully recover. I feel so passionate that I*EAT is providing an amazing service to people suffering with eating disorders in the Bournemouth area, making a huge difference to the lives of many. Please take a minute to look at their website www.i-eat.org.uk.

Of course, being a charity we need funds to sustain the service and grow it for the future. So in an attempt to raise some money for I*EAT, a group of us are taking on the challenge of abseiling down a 100ft church tower in Swanage!
