I chose this charity after seeing their work in person on one of my trips around Africa - they help animals, but also people and communities too.

I have started to train already for the London Marathon - it will be another 5 months of torture for me, as I hate running - and trying to give up the unhealthy eating and drinking over Christmas and New Year should be enough for everybody to pity me and donate something to make it all worthwhile for me and the charity! I set myself this challenge to raise money and also to push myself into something I always said I would never do - run over 26 miles in one day! Ouch.
