A (reluctant, unhealthy) team from BBC Breakfast are doing this year's Great North Run in September in memory of our wonderful editor, Alison Ford. 

I'm no athlete. But cancer has affected the lives of many dear to me. I'm doing this to raise some funds for a charity that does brilliant work.
