Sands is the charity speaking up about pregnancy and baby loss, saving babies’ lives and supporting bereaved families. Together, we are saving babies’ lives and improving maternity safety and bereavement care through research, training and campaigning.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. We are raising money for Bedford SANDS, one of this term's chosen upper school charities. BedfordSANDS consists of a small group of people fundraising for a specialist bereavement suite to be built at Cygnet Wing, Bedford Hospital.  The challenge: 400m swim;25km bike rides;5km run

The results: Mr Palmer 1:02:46        3rd

                    James Maltby 1:21:32 (5.39 mins swim)

                     Robert Evans 1:32:04 (6th in age group)

                     Tristan Walker 1:39:45 (Top 5 age group finish)

                     Jack Rice  1:40:06

Oliver Maltby won the Junior Aquathon.

These are an awesome set of results. All the training certainly paid dividends.
