Dear All

People that know me, know that I have only been running for the last 3 years. Starting on a 1mile run and slowly developed on to 10k runs.

This year I am raising money for Behçets Syndrome Society a charity now close to my heart due to my partner suffering from this rare disease. I want to try to raise at least £600 which means 200 of you lovely people could sponser me £3 each. If I can get 340 of you to sponsor me £3 then we can raise over £1000.

I will be running to 10k runs the Bupa 10k (Monday 31st May) and the British 10k (Sunday 11th July) both in London. I going to do both of these in 50 mins a piece. If you want to come and join me then you can find the info on the runs @

All this money raised will go to care of patients better research and towards the largest issue that sufferers and people that are getting newly diagnosed are finding is the centers of excellence that are looking for any funding.
