Nina, Laura, Jeremy and Bradley are so excited to be part of the 5th and final 24in24 event for The Capella Foundation, a small but incredible charity set up by Ninas brother and sister in law following their own personal experience. The Capella Foundation is a charity based in Bristol to help increase awareness of medical complications during pregnancy and to directly fund pioneering medical research projects into advanced methods of diagnosis and treatment.

During the weekend  of the 20th/21st May 2017, the Capella #wolfpack will be taking on the #24in24 fitness challenge. Each individual will be taking on 24 hours of fitness - a different fitness event, every hour for 24 hours! An endurance event like no other, all in the name of fundraising for this incredibly important cause.

Laura and Jeremy will be smashing the 24in24 as a team 👫

Bradley will be taking his massage table along and will be helping to keep the Wolfpack going throughout the 24hours and also taking part wherever he gets the opportunity! 🤕

All money raised goes directly to the 'Twinkle Capella Research Fund' in partnership with St Michaels Hospital, Bristol University and Oxford University. The Capella Foundation directly funds pioneering medical research projects. 

As a small foundation based in Bristol, 100% of our fundraising goes directly to this incredibly important cause, to enable vital research to be undertaken in order to advance knowledge and understanding of methods of diagnosis and treatment of medical complications during pregnancy.
