Those of you who have sponsored me through just giving before for my previous events will know the story behind my fundraising, so I'll keep it short!

My mum is a long term sufferer of MS and now works on a voluntary basis along with my dad for the MS society Eastbourne. The branch relies on donations from the public to survive and to allow them to continue the invaluable work that they do to provide support for fellow MS sufferers.

As such I am competing in an event called Toughmudder, along with a team of 10 friends to raise money for this worthwhile cause which is close to my heart.

Essentially Toughmudder is a half marathon through thick mud and an assualt course designed by the special forces. We will be getting electricuted, running through fire, swimming through ice water and climbing many an obstacle.
