In March 2015 I unexpectedly suffered a major heart attack. Partially due to lifestyle & partially due to a birth defect that never revealed itself.

I am 48. I know & have heard of others who have suffered the same fate, some as young as teenagers. Some were not as lucky as me.

The nurses in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit told me how the British Heart Foundation work endlessly to fund research & work alongside the NHS to try save more lives from the UK's biggest cause of early exit.

I have decided to try to help raise needed funds by doing fun & stupid things.

My first is to have my hair shaved into a mohican.
