I've decided to cycle from Coast to Coast in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust! Starting on the west coast at Workington, 115 miles across to Tynemouth on the east. 

The ride will be taking place on May 26th. I will be completing it in 1 day, with a target time of below 10 hours.

If you could donate anything from £1 upwards it would be greatly appreciated, as the Cystic Fibrosis Trust really make a difference for those living with CF. The Trust invests money from fundraising into research that aims to bring forward new treatments as well as offering support and care to individuals.
