We support patients and fund research to improve the understanding of melanoma

Story

Like many ideas this one was born at the end of a mildly drunken conversation between some very close friends. When I first put my name forward I thought we were simply shooting the breeze, I actually remember thinking, 'there's no way we'll end up doing that.' I was wrong, the threat to my undercarriage is now very real.

However four friends discomfort for nine days falls into insignificance compared to what many people battle on a daily basis. We are extremely happy and proud to be able to do what we can in order to raise money for such an important charity like Melanoma Focus. This charity has particular importance to me as someone very dear to me is currently battling stage 4 Melanoma. You can read part of her story if you follow this link:

We will all be affected by cancer one way or another at some point in our lives, whether that be as sufferers or helping someone you love who has some form of Cancer. There are amazing new treatments being developed all the time and the research for these need as much help as possible. Obviously this requires money, a lot of it, so that's where we and you come in. If you could spare some of your hard earned pennies it will be towards such a very good cause.

You can track our exploits here: www.jogle.org.uk.

Thank you for donating.

Love,

Ben, Adam, Thomas and Eric.
