The two races I am running are the Great South Run on the 30th October (10 mile road race) which will be relatively easy compared to the gruelling challenge facing me on the 26th November: "</span>Brooks HellRunner offers trail running at its toughest and most enjoyable. 10 -12 miles of challenging off-road running… tough, twisting trails… including the famed Hills of Hell and the Bog of Doom!"</p>
