Paris Marathon 2012 · 15 April 2012 ·

The British Paralympic Association is a registered charity and is responsible for selecting, entering and creating a world class environment for the ParalympicsGB team during the Summer and Winter Games. Your support enables us to give athletes the best possible preparation for the Games.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. In April I will be attempting to finish the Paris marathon.

I am raising money for ParalympicsGB, a really good charity which not only helps athletes prepare for the Paralympic Games but also champions disability sports at a grass roots level.

What's more, the charity consists of just 23 people - so the money you donate will not get wasted on expensive marketing campaigns or tv adverts, but will support people with disabilities to compete in sports across Britain.

And better news - any money you give will be matched by EDF Energy.

So, thank you in advance....and donate generously!!!

And the following is from the just giving people:

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
