In the last couple of days I have been designated one of the athletes and all round running persons for FCUM Radio.  Despite being in the peak of my physical condition, I am still concerned that I may not make it, so please donate what you can to ensure I at least go out a happy man.

I'll be running in Chorlton with a whole army of FC fans for the Frost Foundation on October 17^th, as part of the FC Minithon 2010. 

The Frost Foundation is a children’s charity that has been established to provide support to children in the local area.  Whether a child needs a specialised wheelchair, a kids project needs some extra funding or the children’s hospital requires some specialised equipment – if we know about it we will endeavour to help.
