Between September 17th and 19th I will be taking part in the 'Tour de BT' with over 50 of my colleagues to raise money for Sport Relief.

We will be cycling over 225 miles with around 15000 feet of climbing over 3 days and it will probably be raining...

Together with my fellow riders we are aiming to raise £50,000 by the time we start the ride in Cheltenham in September.

As some of you know I am a keen cyclist, but its not all fun...I have paid for my own accommodation and used some of my holiday to join the Tour!
