I am off and running again on Sunday in my continual battle against ravages of time.  

This time I am raising money for Redress a charity that works with survivors of torture to obtain justice and reparation in the form of compensation, rehabilitation, offocial acknowledgment of the worng and formal apologies.

It was recently chosen to receive the prestigious MacArthur Award for Creative and Effective Institutions and at a time when torture seems to be all too accepted by so many countries near and far it becomes even more important to make sure that it doesn't happen in silence.
