Story
On Saturday June 21st - Sunday June 22nd, I will be attempting to climb Britain's three highest mountains over a 24 hour period, with friends.
We will start at the bottom of Ben Nevis early on the Saturday, be climbing Scafell Pike by evening, and aim to be at the top of Snowdon by dawn the next day.
Training has been tricky as the highest local 'mountain' is a 400 ft hill in Greenwich park. However, with painkillers and determination I should get through!
I am raising money for Christians Against Poverty (CAP). Each year they help over 20,000 people out of debt. CAP has won numerous awards including coming 3rd in the Sunday Times best 100 not-for-profits to work for. CAP does a lot of great work in Peckham, and I have a personal connection to the charity having volunteered with CAP.
