Beginning of January I joined the C25K with Exeter College Running Club Cranbrook. I’m just about to run the 5k mark and the lovely members have been super encouraging and managed to get me signed up to a 10k in July. That’s a challenge for me considering I don’t think I’ve ever run in my life until January. 

I’m running the Great Western Canal 10k in aid of CLIC Sargent and figure I’d try and raise a few extra spondoolies along the way.  

£33 pays for a family to stay in a ‘Home from Home’ for a night so if I can raise enough for two of them I’ll be chuffed.
