On the 9th June I will be competing in my first HALF IRONMAN, 2000m open water swim in coldest lake in WALES, 51 miles on the bike and a cheeky half marathon (13mile) run for dessert.

I know SAM SHAW as he attended our swimming lessons with his nursery until recently diagnosed with neuroblastoma an aggressive but rare cancer hence the treatment is only available in the US for 250 thousand pounds.
