Hey folks!

Many thanks for getting this far. Please donate as much as you can to the worthy cause of Innovista, the charity my good friends Jem and Judy work for, who help disadvantaged young people find hope in their tough situations.

I am completing an extreme duathlon - it's a team relay where we take turns to run 5k and mountain bike 15k cross country, and keep going for 8 hours! I've definitely got a lot of work to do and need to get some serious training in but would really value any contribution you can make.

I did something like this a year and a half ago and was blown away by people's generocity. I can't figure out how to start a new page so I'm afraid it shows the old donations as well! I'm trying to get to £500 again this time and figure if 100 people donate a fiver (that's less than 2 pints of beer, or a frozen pizza from Waitrose!), I'm there!
