<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="color: black; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">Hi Everyone thanks for visiting my page. Last year me and a few friends thought it would be a good idea to do a triathlon, naively thinking, it can't be that hard. The realisation hit us quickly that we would have to do a lot of training so we don't fall flat on our faces. We decided to go for the London Virgin Triathlon mainly because we thought it sounded cool but then realised we would have to swim in the Thames. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: black; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; font-size: 11.5pt;">Over the past 6 months I have been training hard for the event and decided to support the charity Hope for Latvia. The Charity was set-up by Derek Blois who has been my boss for the last 7 years. During this time I have seen him working hard at changing the lives of street children in Latvia. I love the fact that this is a real hands on charity and your support will really make a difference. So please dig deep and I will let you know how I get on.</span></p>
