I have always liked cycling, and the challenge of riding 100 miles with the Carten event to raise money for Velindre is both appealing and daunting at the same time. 

I am coming to the end of my care at Velindre as I am more than 3 years in the clear from my testicular cancer. Velindre have always quietly and professionally checked and looked after me, and we would like to support and thank them for their dedication.
