I'm part of the University of London Air Squadron and we have chosen the Jon Egging trust as our squadron charity.

It is a great cause that helps to inspire disadvantaged children to achieve their full potential. As a squadron we are all taking part in all sorts of events to raise money for the trust, your donation will help us to reach and surpass our target £10,000.

I'll be doing a 46 mile run on 22nd June. I'll be running with other members of my squadron and have been putting plenty of training in to make sure that I can at least make the 46 miles. Please give generously to make the pain worth it!
