Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I will be attempting to climb Mount Kilimanjaro on the 27th October 2011 in order to raise money for charity.
Kilimanjaro is the highest free-standing mountain in the world, standing an incredible 5895m above sea level. I have decided I would love to take on the challenge of climbing this beast and hope in the process to raise a substantial amount of money for my chosen charity.
I will be raising money for St Andrew's Hospice, a fantastic local charity. St Andrew's Hospice provides specialist palliative care services - the total care of patients with progressive disease and limited prognosis - and is open to all, without distinction of race, gender, or creed. It is Lanarkshire's only Specialist Hospice and provides multidisciplinary support for patients, their families, and carers.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
