My story
Between 29th January and 8th February 2012 I will be visiting Uganda and documenting my experiences on my blog:
http://bennodoesuganda.wordpress.com/
The intention of this trip is really to raise awareness and just to share my experiences about the great work of 2 charities - World Vision and Child's i Foundation.
However, I was promptly reminded (by a group of fundraiser’s mind you) that this work couldn’t go on without funds, so I have set up this donation page (and one for World Vision) just in case you feel that you would like to donate to either of the charities. Anything that you can spare would be fantastic ...

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
My charity
Child's i Foundation
Charity Registration No. 1126212
Child’s i Foundation makes families, not orphans. We work with vulnerable mothers and children, aiming to end child abandonment in Uganda. Our transitional home provides quality short-term care for babies; whilst our social work department ensures every child in our care grows up in a loving family.
