I have agreed to do the unthinkable for me, exercise.

I have not undertaken exercise in many years now, I think since Uni, so this is major for me!

I wanted to do this to push myself and with a group of guys from work raise money for some brilliant charities. Cancer research is a very important one for me, it affects us all and needs to be beaten!

I'm walking with five other guys from AC Entertainment Technologies where we all work in High Wycombe. Between us, we're raising money for Cancer Research UK, Help for Heroes and Shelter.
