I am running my first (and probably last!) half marathon on 11 October in the Royal Parks Marathon.  Training has been going well and I hope to get round in under 2 hours.

I am raising money for a charity local to me, First Step.  First Step does great work supporting young children with special needs and their families in the Havering area.
