In July im competing in tough mudder - one of the most physically demanding evnets on the planet.  I am doing this to raise money for the NSPCC and help to put an end to child abuse...by abusing myself.  The course is 10-12 miles long and consists of 25 assualt obstacles designed by military special forces.
