<span style="color: #0000ff;"><span class="goog_qs-tidbit goog_qs-tidbit-1">Maccabi GB is planning to take its</span> largest ever squad to the European Maccabi Games, which will be held in Vienna, Austria, between 5th-13th July 2011. </span>
<p> </p>
<span style="color: #0000ff;">The European Maccabi Games take place every four years and Team GB will be the largest delegation in Vienna, with almost 200 sports men and women across almost twenty sports. There will be over 2,500 Jewish athletes from 30 European countries in total! This is a once in a life time opportunity. </span>

<span style="color: #0000ff;">After a lengthy process, for the first time in over 20 years Maccabi GB are entering a Junior Badminton team with 5 boys aged between 13-15 who will be playing in both a doubles and singles tournaments, and I have been very lucky to be selected. </span>

<span style="color: #0000ff;">Other members of our team are: Harrison Baum, David Garcia, Yossi Goodlink & Sammy Kingston. </span>

<span style="color: #0000ff;">The costs for preparing the team to be ready to compete in the games will be in the region of £3000 (this is over and above the cost of each of us attending and travelling to the games). . </span>

<span style="color: #0000ff;">With your sponsorship it will enable our team to get the best training ahead of the games with a professional coach, enter in competitions and give us the best chance to succeed in these games and hopefully bring home a gold medal, as well as helping me towards the cost of the trip itself. </span>
