Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you are aware my Dad suffered a minor TA on Boxing Day roughly 5 years ago which lead to him losing his sight for around 30 minutes. I can honestly say that I have never been so worried in all my life and as we waited around the hospital I just kept thinking of all the what ifs that could have happened.

My dad was one of the lucky one's and got a warning shot, but many people are not that fortunate and suffer a live changing event.

From than on, I have been raising money for this wonderful charity, who offer people and their families affected by stroke the support they so desperately need.

With the above in mind, I have decided to take on my biggest challenge to date which is to concur the Death Valley challenge covering 420km over 5 days on my bike.

Please spare what ever money you can and thank you in advance.
