As you may well be aware Georgie and I were press ganged into running the Paris Marathon this year! I have decided to raise money for a local charity Cam-mind who help people suffering from mental illness on the road to recovery. 1 in 4 of us will experience mental health problems at some point in our life, and as a child my Dad suffered from depression which eventually led him to take his own life, so it is a cause that is very close to my heart and helps to keep me plodding along on those grey winter training runs.
