I have been lucky enough to be offered a place to ride for Macmillan at the first ever RideLondon 100 which takes place on the 4th of August.

I chose to support Macmillan because of the amazing support they provided my father, and our family as a whole, during his fight with cancer. They enabled him to be at home with us throughout. 

Over the years my family has had to deal with cancer on too many occasions and I decided that it's about time I did my bit and gave something back to a charity that I really think is fantastic.

The RideLondon 100 will start in the new Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, then follow a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital and into Surrey’s stunning countryside. With leg-testing climbs and a route recently made famous by the world’s best cyclists at the Olympics, it will be a truly spectacular event for all involved.
