In the words of Winston Churchill "We make a living by what we get, we make life by what we give".

This year I've taken on the challenge of cycling from London to Paris in memory of my Mum who died when I was 13 and my Auntie Judy who also lost her fight with cancer at a young age.   3 days and over 250 miles in the saddle!

I felt like I needed to do something to support a cancer charity and chose MacMillan for the outstanding work they do for those diagnosed with cancer and the support they offer families.

Hopefully the money I raise will go someway in easing the burden and giving life back to those impacted by cancer.
