Over the weekend of 22-23 September, I will be part of the  Hampton School rowing squad rowing down the Thames from Radley near Oxford to the Millennium Boathouse in Hampton , along with students from the Lady Eleanor Holles school and a number of parents. With the 120+ rowers, and lots of parents, we will be covering 80 miles of the Thames, including 28 locks over the weekend. 


As a 15 year old this isn't only a mammoth task mentally but also physically so as a group we want to make a difference in the local community. Therefore we're aiming to raise enough to pay for a care nurse for an entire year for our local charity Shooting Star Chase, which provides invaluable hospice care for babies and children with life-limiting conditions.
