This coming October I am cycling through Kenya from the foothills of Kilimanjaro to Mombasa.  This will be about 250 miles primarily off-road.  If you sponsored me last year you'll remember I did a similar thing in India.

I'm raising money for Norwood.  The charity coordinator at my company recently attended a briefing on charitable giving and Norwood was identified as an example of a charity "run the way a charity should be run".  They provide support for children, adults and families with learning disabilities. Thousands, if not tens of thousands, of people benefit, from the extremely handicapped living in residential villages through to families who simply need support understanding their child's learning difficulties and how to overcome them.  You can find out more at www.norwood.org.uk or ask me.

Last year, with your help, I rasied over £5000 ($8,000) and my goal is to repeat this.  I am covering the cost of the trip myself, so anything you donate will go to the charity.
