We provide care, education and therapy to children with brain injury.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last year, a friends son picked up a bug, that for most people leads to an upset stomach and a week in bed. Unfortunately, Henry's e.coli infection lead on to a disease called HUS which severely affects the kidneys and brain, and 11 months later Henry is still not at home.

Henry is currently being looked after by The Children's Trust neuro rehab centre. The children's trust is the UK's leading charity for children with brain injury, and are preparing Henry, Phil, Tanya and Oliver for the return to family life.

On the 28th September, I will be taking part in the dawlish triathlon, an event combining a 750 m swim in the sea, a 21km bike ride and a 5 km run. It would mean so much to me if you would make a donation.

There are nearly 30 people who are joining me in the triathlon to raise money for the children's trust, so together we should raise a lot of money. In the last event I took part in earlier this year, we raised over £25000 for other charities, so let's see if we can beat that!

Thankyou.
