Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm running the Great South Run on 25th October 2009 in aid of Merlin, a British charity that provides medical care to vulnerable people caught up in natural disasters and conflicts across Africa and Asia.  In 2008, Merlin directly helped over 5.5m people.
