Ben Toms Cancer Charities Cycle

I am going to be cycling from Cape Wrath (North West Scotland) to Dover (South East England) around 850 miles hopefully in around a week. On the 3rd of July 2010.

Why? To pay tribute to Cass’s Dad Norman Parsley who very sadly lost his heroic battle with Leukeamia in October 2009 and raise funds for the Pevensey Ward Appeal and also for Cancer Research. In 2009 a lot of family members and friends and their families were directly affected by cancer including my mum who was diagnosed with breast cancer in July 2009 and is now doing well.

Cancer Research UK is the world's leading independent organisation dedicated to cancer research.

The Pevensey Ward (at Eastbourne district general) is where Norman was treated throughout his 9 month battle.
