Nordoff and Robbins is the UK’s largest music therapy charity, with a unique approach shaped by more than 60 years of practice. Through the power of music, it breaks through the barriers caused by life-limiting illness, disability and social isolation. The charity does this through providing music therapy to people across the UK, whilst also training the music therapists of the future and funding research to measure and improve the impact of its work.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year I am joining the Heavy Metal Truants and cycling from London to Download Festival at Castle Donington, Derbyshire in order to raise money for Nordoff Robbins. I have always wanted to do something which would raise money for a good cause and help get myself a little fitter and doing this with the Heavy Metal Truants is the perfect opportunity to do both and a challenge that I am looking forward to. I will be cycling 161 miles over the course of 3 days so it's gonna be a solid 6 to 7 hours cycling per day. 

Plus, Orange Goblin are performing at the Festival on Saturday 14th June so it's a cheap way of me getting there!!!
