Dear Friends, Colleagues and Donators of all Kinds,

On October 18th this year i shall run just over 13 miles around Cardiff to raise money for Brook, the UK's leading sexual health charity for young people. It is a fantastic cause and one for which i am willing to get very sore nipples..

Brook helps young people all of the country develop self esteem and gives them the knowledge to make informed and healthy choices about their relationships and sex lives. Please give generously and help Brook improve the sexual health of young people today and give them the support they so dearly need and deserve,
