Well I am entering new territory with this latest challenge to Abseil down the 5th highest building in London. I have previously kept my feet firmly on the ground, taking part in a number of long distance running events and raising money for various charities. This challenge is without doubt, one I am very excited about doing, but equally terrified! 

I Think I am ok with heights, 😰, but we will see on the day. I have not been on here for a while, but this just seemed like the right event to see if I can raise some money for a fantastic charity. It is going to be a real challenge for me to take on and definitely well outside my comfort zone, so please keep me motivated all the way and lets see if we can smash through the target set.
