Over the past 20 years I have led many expeditions & challenges around the globe my team's have raised over £34 million pounds for charitable causes & they have changed thousands of lives for the good in doing so.

This year I have chosen a cycle challenge that will push the team & myself to the limits of our endurance & will demonstrate that we are all prepared to go that extra mile to make a real difference in our society.  

In November I am taking 35 wonderful people to cycle from the Caribbean Sea to the Pacific Ocean via the Arenal Volcanco across Costa Rica it will be a grueling seven day journey in & out of the saddle for one incredible cause.   

Our team will raise over £140,000 for the Alzheimers Society and Alzheimers Scotland.

The funds raised will launch a new dementia carer programme here in the UK & will provide the vital support families & friends of their loved ones who suffer from this incurable disease.

Our journey starts now it will take endless hours of time in the saddle over the next six months plus months of fundraising to achieve our goal.
